Retreat Allied Health serves individuals of all ages, from infants to the elderly.

In most cases, a referral is not required to receive services from Retreat Allied Health. However, some insurance providers may require a referral.

During your first visit, you will undergo an assessment with one of our healthcare professionals to determine your needs and develop a personalised treatment plan.

Session length varies depending on the type of service and the individual’s needs. Typically, sessions last between 45 minutes to an hour.

You can schedule an appointment by calling us or by submitting an appointment request through our website.

The subscription involves recurrent payments.

The yearly subscription allows using the product included in it during one year from the date of purchase. When the year ends, the charges are taken to continue the subscription automatically.

If you’re using a Lifetime plan, the charges will be taken only once, and you’ll be able to use the product from the subscription and receive all the updates without any additional payments or charges taken.

All of our healthcare professionals are fully qualified and accredited in their respective fields, with years of experience providing high-quality care.

Our cancellation policy mandates that you give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failing to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee being applied

At Retreat Allied Health, we value affordable healthcare for our patients, including those with care plans from their GP. While a gap fee is required for these patients, we work to maintain a minimal fee. Presently, our gap fee for patients with Health Care Plans is $90.
